What you will do

• Manage complex and high-risk accounts payable portfolios end-to-end.
• Design payment processing models and optimize cash flow through strategic initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to accounts payable associates at all levels.
• Monitor team performance and serve as first-level support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Represent in high-level negotiations and drive process improvements.
• Prepare and present strategic reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Proficient in English
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in accounts payable or similar financial roles.
• Proven experience as team lead managing complex AP portfolios.
• Strong understanding of advanced payment processing techniques.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
