What you will do

• Manage the most complex and high-risk credit and collections portfolios.
• Advise senior leadership on credit strategies and design advanced credit assessment models and methodologies.
• Lead the resolution of high-stakes billing disputes and escalations.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize cash flow and drive process improvements.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to associates while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and strategic insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of collections experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and credit risk assessment models.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
