Finance Manager (IoT)

What you will do

• Lead a regional finance team covering accounting, tax compliance, treasury, and AP.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for Europe according to US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Manage external audits and relationships with tax authorities across European jurisdictions.
• Monitor regional cash flow and liquidity while managing banking relationships and funding strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison between European operations and US corporate headquarters for financial matters.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with international scope.
• Deep knowledge of local statutory requirements across Europe and US GAAP.
• Experience in a matrixed, global organization (preferably US-headquartered).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have

• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Knowledge of Dutch, French, or other European languages.
