What you will do
- Manage the work of two Scrum teams consisting of Frontend and DevOps engineers, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across other teams to synchronize tasks and share critical information.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks between teams to meet project goals and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Implement and optimize processes to synchronize team work and enhance overall project execution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, key decisions, and operational processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on IT project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project management theory and Scrum framework (principles, roles, ceremonies).
- Proficiency with Jira, Bitbucket/Git, and Jenkins.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
- Location: Must be based in Europe.
- Strong prioritization, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Nice to have
- Technical background or a strong willingness to learn the project's technical architecture.
- Experience coordinating multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
- Experience working within multicultural environments and with English-speaking teams.
