What you will do

• Drive strategic initiatives across the product roadmap, ensuring goals are converted into actionable tasks.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in cross-functional workflows to optimize business efficiency.
• Coordinate project lifecycles for smaller-scale projects and product launches, managing timelines and documentation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track product and operational KPIs for executive reporting.
• Maintain the internal knowledge base and strategic playbooks as the source of truth for global operations.
• Adapt Agile and Lean methodologies to fit a fast-paced, fully remote banking environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or tech startups.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Asana, Jira, and Notion.
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
• Effective communication skills for distilling complex updates into concise briefings for senior leadership.
• Must have a dedicated workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
