What you will do

• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of financial controls to support business reporting and operations.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and execute control testing, including process reviews and documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business units to develop and maintain a robust financial controls framework.
• Identify control weaknesses, recommend remediation plans, and engage with stakeholders to resolve deficiencies.
• Maintain expertise in internal controls (COSO, COBIT, ITGC) and coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance.
• Mentor staff and support the delivery of financial training programs for international entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
• At least 7 years of audit or internal controls testing experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with SOX 404 documentation and testing compliance.
• Advanced English skills required.
• Previous supervisory experience and strong documentation skills.
• Capability to travel 10% to 25%.

Nice to have

• CPA, CIA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Workiva, or SAP.
• Advanced skills in MS Access, Excel, and Data Analytical Tools.
• Proficiency in a second foreign language (e.g., Spanish, German, Chinese).
