What you will do

• Establish and grow the CDB funding book from the ground up.
• Manage interfaces with Investment Platforms.
• Monitor market conditions and benchmark competitors to optimize issuance timing and pricing.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and controls using SQL and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and improve financial products.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance productivity and analysis.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in financial markets, specifically with CDB or fixed income products.
• Background in banks, brokerages, or similar financial institutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Deep understanding of CDB mechanics and funding strategies.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong ownership and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or other data analysis tools.
• Background in treasury, funding, or liabilities management.
• Knowledge of financial product structuring and pricing strategies.
