What you will do

• Improve CI reliability and developer productivity by reducing flaky pipelines and shortening feedback loops.
• Strengthen observability and incident readiness using actionable dashboards, alerts, and SLOs.
• Operate and evolve the Kubernetes platform on AWS EKS to ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure.
• Drive infrastructure automation using Pulumi and TypeScript to build reusable platform primitives.
• Enhance security and governance across IAM, secrets handling, and engineering workflows.
• Optimize infrastructure costs by analyzing compute usage, data transfer, and logging.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of production experience running Kubernetes on AWS (EKS).
• Solid experience with CI/CD systems, specifically GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
• Practical experience with observability tools including Grafana, Prometheus, and logging.
• Strong understanding of IAM, access control, and secrets management (e.g., Vault).
