What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with developers
• Improve infrastructure toward container orchestration like Kubernetes
• Maintain and optimize Debian-based Linux systems for high availability
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and security compliance
• Architect low-latency streaming pipelines for Speech-to-Speech interactions
• Host specialized AI tooling including MCP servers, vector stores, and evaluation modules

Requirements

• Strong Linux administration experience, preferably Debian-based
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production and cloud-native architectures
• Solid networking fundamentals: subnetting, routing, BGP
• CI/CD, infrastructure automation, scripting (Bash, Python)
• Troubleshooting distributed systems
• Monitoring stack: Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Jaeger
• Security best practices: OpenID Connect, OAuth, Vault

Nice to have

• Telephony gateways (Twilio, Amazon Connect), SIP/RTP protocols
• Migrating from VMs to container orchestration
