What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Ceph clusters, including managing storage pools and placement groups.
• Tune Ceph for optimal performance and address system bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement automation strategies for deployments, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Ceph storage.
• Collaborate with development teams and system administrators to integrate storage solutions.
• Stay updated with the Ceph community and implement industry best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Linux Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Deep and broad understanding of Linux systems and networking.
• Proficiency in Ceph storage architecture and administration.
• Knowledge of Cloud Storage technologies (File, Object, Block).
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, monitoring, and observability.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.
