What you will do

  • Manage team of Patient Support Specialists and daily operations for excellence and SLA adherence
  • Analyze performance data to meet and exceed targets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives for operational improvements and productivity
  • Manage queues, backlogs, and workflows with performance tradeoffs
  • Identify process improvements using customer insights to optimize experience
  • Resolve complex escalations using business expertise
  • Foster collaborative and enjoyable team dynamic

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3+ years leadership in fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years customer service, call center, healthcare, or pharmacy experience
  • Strong leadership, feedback, and coaching skills
  • Ability to use data for independent decisions
  • Strong problem-solving with ambiguous information
  • Attention to detail, organization, confident communication
  • Onsite in Pittsburgh
