What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members, including cold calls for engagement.
- Complete intake screening questionnaires and audio/video initial program assessments.
- Route calls to appropriate clinicians and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Navigate three technology platforms simultaneously (patient service center, EHR system, member app).
- Provide outstanding customer service with thoughtful, personalized responses.
- Collaborate with clinicians, team leads, and managers; support clinical operations as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of healthcare/clinical experience
- Must live in the United States
- Call agent experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of EHR/EMR applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable setting up and maintaining company-issued equipment
