What you will do
- Act as remote doorman: log package deliveries, grant courier access to buildings, ensure packages reach designated areas.
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from vendors, visitors, and customers, addressing needs, complaints, and issues quickly.
- Confirm/clarify information, diffuse angry clients professionally.
- Document all call information per standard operating procedures.
- Maintain friendly, cooperative attitude in high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in Customer Service/Call Center (preferably BPO), handling high-profile voice accounts; recent role with 100+ inbound calls/day
- 2+ years experience on night/graveyard shift for US-based client
- Comfortable stationary for long periods; coachable, follows SOPs consistently.
- Strong soft skills for handling complaints professionally.
- Technical: Windows desktop/laptop (8GB RAM, 60GB free, i3 6th-12th gen+), wired call center headset, 100mbps fiber DSL (no wireless), backup internet, pass Twilio speed test.
