What you will do

• Lead the delivery of AI and GenAI projects, advising on architecture, best practices, and technical leadership.
• Drive business development through presales, offering definition, and creating value propositions.
• Conduct technology research, build demos, and produce thought leadership content.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to identify and secure new customer opportunities.
• Mentor team members and ensure high customer satisfaction during project acquisition and maintenance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
• Expert knowledge of Generative AI and classical ML.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as consultant, advisor, or technical presales.
• Ability to bridge the gap between complex technical topics and business requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the CPG industry.
• Background in AI strategy, adoption, governance, or architecture advisory.
• Expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), pricing, and promo modelling.
• Experience with causality, A/B testing, and measuring incremental impact.
