What you will do

• Design and develop LLM-based solutions including RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Build and optimize data processing and document analysis pipelines
• Co-design scalable and efficient AI system architecture
• Integrate LLM capabilities with backend services and system components
• Experiment with AI approaches and propose improvements
• Collaborate with developers and analysts, contributing to product direction

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years commercial experience as Python Developer
• Senior-level proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLMs/AI (e.g., OpenAI or open-source models), prompt engineering, RAG, model fine-tuning
• Experience designing data processing and AI systems
• Strong understanding of backend architecture
• Strong critical thinking, proactivity, ownership, autonomy, and self-organization
