What you will do

• Design and improve generative pipelines for image and video creation.
• Tune and control model behavior to ensure visual quality, style consistency, and product identity preservation.
• Optimize and scale image-to-video and text-to-video workflows for stable production results.
• Diagnose and fix quality bottlenecks, including artifacts and product distortions.
• Research and test new image/video models to keep the system up to date with industry solutions.
• Extend generative systems to support new product and marketing content scenarios.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/Generative Systems Engineering.
• Experience with multimodal generative models (text-to-image, image-to-image, image-to-video, video-to-video).
• Strong prompt engineering skills for image and video models.
• Ability to design LLM agents and build complex multi-step automated generative workflows.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing cause-and-effect relationships in generation systems.
• Habit of structured documentation for pipelines, experiments, and parameters.

Nice to have

• Experience with ComfyUI and LoRA tuning or fine-tuning image/video models.
• Experience integrating generative pipelines into production (APIs, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with Python AI/ML libraries and media processing tools (ffmpeg-python, moviepy, imageio).
• Experience building automated workflows in n8n or similar tools.
