Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week. UK based role and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location.

What you will do
- Work with Senior Executive or Account Manager to identify new campaign opportunities and assist in monthly client reviews with performance insights.
- Handle technical setup, implementation, and optimization of Direct Response and Brand social media campaigns across Facebook and X.
- Manage campaign budgets including bookings, billing, PO requests, and budget caps to avoid overspend.
- Build and maintain relationships with media owners (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) and third-party technology partners.
- Conduct accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with commentary, owning small accounts to understand campaign evolution.
- Stay updated on Paid Social developments and explore new platforms or technologies for improvements.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Basic understanding of Paid Social and digital media in the mix.
- Highly organised, analytical, with strong attention to detail and administrative competence.
- Team player with confident communication and presentation skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective working style with potential for client leadership and staff management.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of other EssenceMediacom departments/services.
- Experience in wider biddable media.
- Understanding of client business in the overall media mix.
