What you will do

• Act as liaison between local management and corporate HR to ensure smooth partnership
• Implement HR programs for people selection, engagement, and retention with local leadership
• Provide employee relations counseling, conflict management, and resolution
• Resolve HR-related issues proactively with business leaders
• Advise on compliance with state/federal regulations and legal matters
• Roll out corporate programs like performance management and onboarding
• Coordinate recruitment strategy with the Recruiting Team

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR Generalist role
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred
• Knowledge of legislation, employee relations, compensation, benefits, employment issues
• Experience handling complex issues and sensitive information
• Understanding of financial/business metrics and conflict resolution
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, organizational skills
