What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding and operational readiness in partnership with Growth, Product, and Engineering.
  • Translate product requirements into operational action plans and manage change for new feature launches.
  • Establish program governance frameworks, including detailed project plans and executive reporting.
  • Own operations-related client escalations and perform root cause analysis for durable systemic fixes.
  • Design and scale cross-functional process improvements to remove structural bottlenecks and improve delivery predictability.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA.
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product operations in high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
  • Technical fluency to bridge communication between business and engineering teams to shape solutions.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling onboarding or operational frameworks in a live production environment.
  • Proven ability to improve speed, cost, or quality through structured process design.
  • Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
