What you will do

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to design data-driven search strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across various global markets.
• Track sourcing metrics and translate data into actionable hiring insights.
• Experiment with automation tools to increase sourcing efficiency.
• Create compelling outreach messages to convert cold leads into active conversations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Strong research skills to uncover hidden talent.
• Analytical mindset with a preference for metrics and dashboards.
• Strong copywriting skills for candidate engagement.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Kyiv.
