hirify.global GB is a member of the international hirify.global confederation, working with partners in over 90 countries to fight poverty through humanitarian aid, development, and campaigning.

What you will do

  • Lead the board in renewing hirify.global GB's purpose and strategy during organisational change and global turbulence.
  • Provide bold vision to address threats to peace, inequality, polarisation, and aid budget cuts.
  • Rebuild trust, deepen impact, and inspire hope across the movement.
  • Leverage hirify.global's power for greater global change and ambition.
  • Shape the next chapter for the organisation.

Requirements

  • Passion for hirify.global's mission to end poverty injustice.
  • Essential experience per person specification (detailed on microsite).
  • Commitment to hirify.global's values, safeguarding, and code of conduct.
  • Ability to commit 12-24 days per year.
  • UK-based or aligned, subject to due diligence, references, and screening checks including criminal records.
