What you will do

• Author and evolve global policies and frameworks for commerce, buyer/seller protections, fraud, and trust and safety.
• Ensure tight alignment between policy design, operational enforcement, and user-facing guidance.
• Use data and trend analysis to identify emerging risks and evaluate downstream operational impacts.
• Apply a European lens to global policy development to reflect regional cultural nuances and user expectations.
• Resolve escalated policy questions and provide principled recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working across multiple regions or markets balancing consistency with local nuance.
• Meaningful leadership experience shaping trust and safety, marketplace, or platform governance policy at a tech or ecommerce company.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Dublin, London, or Berlin hubs.
• Fluency in modern AI tools and LLMs to improve policy development and analysis.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate policy rationale and trade-offs.
