What you will do

• Implement and manage Zendesk, including the integration of AI-powered chatbots on Shopify to reduce manual workload.
• Manage supplier routing, handle production issues, and lead the setup of product automations with suppliers.
• Oversee listing management and quality assurance across Shopify and 3+ Etsy stores, ensuring SEO standards are met.
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure business stability and efficiency during scaling.
• Provide leadership, direction, and management to a remote team of Virtual Assistants (VAs).

Requirements

• Proven experience managing people and overseeing remote workflows.
• Expertise in setting up Zendesk and implementing Shopify automations.
• Strong background in E-Commerce, specifically with Etsy and Shopify.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Must be able to start at 20 hours/week with guaranteed capacity to move to 40+ hours/week within 8 weeks.
• Proactive mindset focused on building automated systems to prevent recurring problems.
