What you will do
- Oversee all client deliverables and ensure deep understanding of client business, category, and growth vision.
- Engage stakeholders across agency, client, and industry to align on vision, build roadmaps in data, digital, and effectiveness.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities, explore new commercial models, and develop products to support client and agency expansion.
- Manage client profitability, resolve operational issues, redesign processes, and forecast revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK required.
- Advanced client leadership experience in agency operations, positioning, and group offerings.
- Deep knowledge of client business and category beyond marketing.
- Strong problem-solving with data and insights, acting independently with stakeholders.
- Expertise in building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, advising on complex challenges.
- Effective communication skills for internal and external audiences.
