What you will do

• Define Supply Data Science strategy and build analytical foundations for participant marketplace health across acquisition, onboarding, liquidity, matching, quality, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to translate marketplace problems into roadmaps of models, experiments, and decision systems.
• Lead algorithmic development for matching, ranking, optimization, allocation, and other systems to improve efficiency while preserving trust and participant experience.
• Build and lead a growing data science team, setting technical direction and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Location: London or Remote within UK
• Strong technical depth in experimentation, causal inference, statistical modeling, forecasting, and marketplace or product analytics.
• Experience in two-sided marketplaces or similar with supply-demand dynamics, liquidity, and user behavior.
• Track record leading high-impact work; experience with matching, ranking, optimization, allocation, or decision systems valuable.
• Ability to set technical direction, partner across functions, and build teams; open to first formal management role with sound judgment.
