What you will do

• Lead implementation from client signature to go-live using hirify.global’s framework.
• Maintain documentation, client folders, and handover materials.
• Manage technical setup including event structure, integrations, and branding.
• Build and supervise registration logic, flows, and in-app rollout.
• Coordinate with registration, support, product teams, and CAM for timelines and deliverables.
• Improve implementation playbooks and serve as client project lead.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of hirify.global’s platform or similar event/tech systems.
• Confident designing user flows, registration logic, and configuring modules.
• Project management skills to own timelines and coordinate stakeholders.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Detail-oriented and delivery-focused.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally.
