What you will do

• Maintain 50% high-volume clinical load in acute care and longevity pathways, modeling elite patient communication and reasoning.
• Author, update, and maintain clinical guidelines for longevity, lifestyle, and acute care workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable library of onboarding videos and multimedia training materials.
• Lead clinician onboarding and provide 1:1 mentoring during first 90 days with performance reviews.
• Conduct systematic peer reviews, interaction grading, and quality auditing.
• Monitor clinician performance at 30/60/90-day milestones and manage workforce development.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with active, unrestricted medical license and board certification (or eligibility) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Demonstrated expertise in longevity medicine, health-span optimization, and biomarker management
• 5+ years professional experience in direct patient care and leading clinical quality, training, or education initiatives
• Proficiency in instructional design for digital educational content (video/multimedia)
• Strong analytical skills to distill clinical data into actionable insights
• Comfort in fast-paced, early-stage environment balancing patient care and operations

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience in virtual or asynchronous care delivery
• Track record of published peer-reviewed research
