What you will do

• Approve and oversee clinical protocols for botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, IV therapy, and laser services.
• Supervise and delegate procedures to qualified staff (RNs, NPs, aestheticians) across multiple locations in compliance with state laws.
• Issue and annually review written Standing Delegation Orders (SDOs) and Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs).
• Collaborate with the Ops team to provide timely signatures and training certifications for member supplier accounts.
• Perform monthly randomized chart audits (10%) via EMR to ensure documentation standards are met.
• Manage critical complications and adverse events, taking responsibility for the patient until full recovery.

Requirements

• Active MD or DO license in good standing within the United States.
• Multi-state licensure is highly preferred (top 10 states preferred).
• 2+ years of exposure to aesthetic medicine as a practitioner or director.
• Knowledge of state-specific laws regarding medical delegation and supervision.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and digital signature management.
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Family Medicine is ideal.
