What you will do

• Work closely with engineers to ensure system consistency across backend services.
• Develop and optimize Node.js and Python-based microservices on AWS.
• Improve user experience for AI digital workers handling customer interactions.
• Integrate and maintain systems for inbound qualification, outbound reactivation, surveys, scheduling, and payments.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Backend developer
• Solid experience with Node.js and Python
• Experience with Microservices/AWS

Nice to have

• Frontend experience with React
