What you will do

• Own full-stack development across React, React Native, and Node.js
• Build and maintain scalable mobile and web applications in production
• Develop APIs, integrations, and backend services
• Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with product and design on high-impact features
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
• Integrate AI-driven features and workflow automation

Requirements

• Proficient in English for remote collaboration
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong experience with React Native, React.js, and Node.js
• Proven experience shipping and maintaining production mobile applications (iOS and Android)
• Ability to work across frontend, backend, and integrations
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience operating independently in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements
• Strong communication skills in remote environments

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered features or workflow automation
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
