Location: Remote (Argentina), availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours required

Salary: $70K – $80K

What you will do

• Develop and enhance product features across frontend and backend.
• Improve code quality, workflow, and test coverage.
• Document and scope features and architecture.
• Optimize UI and API performance.
• Manage and reduce technical debt.
• Own projects end-to-end: scoping, building, testing, release, monitoring.
• Support and expand data analytics reports.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Expert in Python with advanced SQL knowledge.
• Efficient in UI, testing, and end-to-end full-stack projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development best practices.
• Strong communication, openness, autonomy, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Passion for using technology for positive social change.

Nice to have

• Experience in data engineering and pipelines.
• Experience in philanthropy/nonprofits.
• Experience in fintech or consumer tech.
