What you will do

• Design, code, implement, and document improvements to web applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Build and maintain backend services integrating with database systems
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code and perform root cause analysis of defects
• Develop test cases for CI/CD, participate in code reviews, and diagnose/fix defects
• Create consumable documentation and share knowledge via conferences, blogs, and forums
• Provide support to services teams

Requirements

• Fluent English (speak, listen, write effectively)
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on production experience as fullstack engineer in Linux environments with build tools (pip, make/Jenkins, containers)
• Experience with Python web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and building/operating web services
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), MUI, HTML5, CSS3, pre-processors (LESS/SASS)
• Understanding of React workflows (Hooks, Context API, Redux), modern build pipelines (Vite/Webpack), UI best practices (accessibility, responsive design, performance)
• UX theory/practice, relational databases/data modeling, distributed systems development
• Autonomous work in globally distributed organization, collaboration via Jira/Notion, open-source communities

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization libraries (d3, Highcharts), OpenAPI/Swagger, Docker
• Distributed web apps, Micro Frontend architecture, database management
• Go/Rust, shell scripting, Linux automation, TDD, CI/CD, observability (logging, metrics, tracing)
