What you will do
- Develop responsive React UIs for conversational AI features, including streaming text and data visualizations.
- Write Ruby "glue" code to orchestrate data flow between the core platform and Python AI microservices.
- Optimize UI performance using optimistic updates and WebSockets/ActionCable to handle AI latency.
- Maintain and scale the existing Ruby on Rails codebase to support heavy AI workloads.
- Collaborate with ML Engineers to define API contracts and JSON schemas.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Deep expertise in React.js for building complex components.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, including ActiveRecord and background jobs.
- Experience consuming REST or gRPC APIs and managing asynchronous workflows.
- Conversational English proficiency required.
- Must be based in Argentina.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Python.
- Experience with WebSockets or real-time data streaming.
- Knowledge of GCP services like Cloud Run and Pub/Sub.
