What you will do

• Develop responsive React UIs for conversational AI features, including streaming text and data visualizations.
• Write Ruby "glue" code to orchestrate data flow between the core platform and Python AI microservices.
• Optimize UI performance using optimistic updates and WebSockets/ActionCable to handle AI latency.
• Maintain and scale the existing Ruby on Rails codebase to support heavy AI workloads.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers to define API contracts and JSON schemas.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Deep expertise in React.js for building complex components.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, including ActiveRecord and background jobs.
• Experience consuming REST or gRPC APIs and managing asynchronous workflows.
• Conversational English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python.
• Experience with WebSockets or real-time data streaming.
• Knowledge of GCP services like Cloud Run and Pub/Sub.
