Location: On-site in Breda, Netherlands. Must hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
Salary: 3000 - 5000 EUR

What you will do
- Source and headhunt top AI talent across global teams, from urgent hires to strategic roles like Product Managers and operational positions.
- Build campus recruitment strategies, university partnerships, and growth paths from student to professional.
- Drive employer branding, events, referral programs, recruitment automation with AI, and process optimizations.
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and hiring managers on workforce planning and high-quality candidate experiences.
- Handle onboarding and contribute to recruitment trainings and projects.
Requirements
- Permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands required.
- Experience and passion for recruitment (open to any level).
- Curiosity about people, fair objective hiring, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate globally across teams and HR.
- Drive for self-improvement, knowledge sharing, and interest in AI's impact on work.

- Project management and process optimization experience.
