Corporate Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site in Breda, Netherlands. Candidates must already hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.

Salary: €3,000–€5,000 per month.

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment scope from intake through offer.
• Recruit AI Consultants, AI Sales Professionals, AI-native Software Engineers, and other roles across the business.
• Advise leadership teams on strategic workforce planning.
• Manage relationships with external staffing suppliers.
• Build partnerships with universities and AI-focused education programs.
• Drive process improvements, recruitment automation, referral programs, events, and recruitment training.

Requirements

• Experience and strong passion for recruitment.
• Curiosity about people and commitment to fair, objective hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, leadership, and hiring managers across a global organization.
• Genuine interest in how AI is transforming work and organizations.
• Permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands already required.
