Talent Acquisition Intern

TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Intern (Hospitality): Provide support to TA team in day-to-day recruitment activities and people operations with an accent on candidate experience, data reporting, and organizational efficiency. Focus on partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, managing ATS systems, and coordinating intern programs.

Location: Onsite at headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands for 6 months starting in September 2026

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with L&D, Culture & Engagement, and People Operations on the intern program to build a connected community.
• Maintain ATS and support documents with strong organizational skills.
• Handle the team's shared mailbox and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in TA projects to improve recruitment quality.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled university student, preferably in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or Economics
• Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Multi-tasker with a can-do attitude and interest in data & insights
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based systems
• Thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
