Location: Must be living in the Netherlands. Hybrid: Amsterdam office on average 3 days a week.

Salary: €550 per month

What you will do

• Run the end-to-end internship recruitment and selection process for spring 2027.
• Support the talent acquisition team with writing job ads, CV screening, and talent mapping.
• Coordinate the hiring process for junior roles, including conducting interviews and managing offer negotiations.
• Create employer branding and recruitment marketing content for LinkedIn and career sites.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to derive insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage a small improvement project from planning to roll-out with managerial coaching.

Requirements

• Currently studying for an HBO/university degree in business, social sciences, psychology, or HRM.
• Must be living in the Netherlands and enrolled in university for the duration of the internship.
• Ambition to build a career within talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in English for working within an international team.
• Strong alignment with the company's mission and core values.
