• Handle full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to pre-boarding.
• Work with ATS (Teamtailor), dashboards, and automation tools for structured processes.
• Cooperate with hiring managers to adjust and improve search strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth candidate communication.
• Create positive candidate experiences and contribute to employer brand development.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+)
• 0.5–2 years in recruitment or sourcing, or strong motivation to start.
• Proactivity and effective time management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to learn fast, take initiative, and grow into full-cycle recruiter.
