Junior Recruiter (Fintech)

hirify.global is building a full-stack financial platform and payments orchestration solution for internet companies, covering payment routing, chargeback management, and indirect tax handling.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and initial outreach through candidate pre-boarding.
• Use Ashby ATS, dashboards, and automation tools to keep recruitment processes structured.
• Partner with hiring managers and improve search strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience and employer brand development.

Requirements

• 0.5–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, or strong motivation to start a recruitment career.
• Proactive approach and effective time management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
• Willingness to learn quickly, take initiative, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter.
