Senior Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Remote across EMEA; preferred location is Europe or South Africa

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, specialist, confidential, and business-critical roles across Commercial, Operations, and Support.
• Translate business priorities into hiring briefs covering role scope, candidate profiles, seniority, location, compensation, and assessment.
• Build targeted search strategies using talent mapping, direct sourcing, and personalised candidate engagement.
• Advise senior stakeholders, lead kick-offs and calibration sessions, and support evidence-based hiring decisions.
• Coach Talent Acquisition colleagues on sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, and resolving stalled searches.
• Use recruitment data and candidate feedback to improve sourcing, assessment, workflows, automation, hiring quality, conversion, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering senior, complex, and business-critical hires across commercial and business functions, ideally in iGaming or FinTech.
• Experience leading targeted searches for leadership and director-level appointments from scoping and market mapping through offer acceptance.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a player-coach while managing an individual recruitment portfolio.
• Strong direct sourcing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, closing, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
• Significant hands-on experience using Greenhouse for workflow management, data quality, reporting, and stakeholder visibility.
• High autonomy, accountability, discretion, and commitment to inclusive, evidence-based, candidate-centred hiring.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse integrations, recruitment automation, or other recruitment technology.
• Experience hiring within iGaming and/or FinTech.
