What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services in Node/TypeScript, integrating with Python ML models.
• Build scalable data processing pipelines using Postgres, Elasticsearch, Docker, and AWS.
• Collaborate as a generalist on full-stack tasks including SvelteKit frontend when needed.
• Deliver high-impact features with urgency, autonomy, and strong technical judgement.
• Optimize systems for performance and reliability in production environments.

Requirements

• Must be located in Argentina or Colombia for remote work.
• Strong engineering skills with sense of urgency, great technical talent, good judgement, and high work ethic (not 9-5).
• Experience getting a lot done well; Node experience preferred but open to quick learners.
• Comfortable with DSA-style live coding challenges.
