Compensation: 383,000 - 410,000 Serbian dinars Gross + stock options

What you will do

• Serve as the primary owner for Product Ops initiatives, prioritizing and routing requests across the department.
• Design and drive cross-team process changes, including quarterly planning and goal decomposition.
• Build shared frameworks for prioritization, metrics models, and decision-making to ensure consistency.
• Drive AI automation of product workflows to increase leverage and operational efficiency.
• Manage and develop the Product Ops team, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Identify and escalate systemic process bottlenecks to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Serbia.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian required.
• 2–3 years of experience in People Management.
• Proven experience in process design within a product or tech environment.
• Strong metrics-driven mindset with the ability to track adoption and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated fluency in AI automation tools for workflow optimization.

Nice to have

• Background in product operations or program management.
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks and quarterly planning processes.
• Experience working in a fast-scaling environment without defined playbooks.
