Sr. Fullstack Engineer

TL;DR

Sr. Fullstack Engineer (Go/Angular): Building scalable APIs, microservices, and fullstack features for a homecare SaaS platform with an accent on high-performance architectures, GenAI integration, and cloud infrastructure. Focus on designing robust integrations, mentoring engineers, optimizing scalability, and maintaining code quality through CI/CD pipelines and testing.

Location: US-based remote (Washington DC-Baltimore Area), travel 5-10% domestic and abroad

Salary: $140,000-160,000/yr

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain APIs and microservices for robust functionality and seamless integrations.
• Develop fullstack features using Angular for frontend and Go for backend, optimizing cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster collaboration and technical excellence.
• Integrate generative AI into agency management software to enhance usability and efficiency.
• Explore new technologies to improve the platform and user outcomes.
• Evaluate priorities and tradeoffs to guide development decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests for software reliability.

Requirements

• 4-8 years in software engineering with modern architectures and frameworks
• Proficiency in reactive JavaScript framework (Angular, React, or Vue)
• Proficiency in backend (Go, NodeJS, or Python; Go strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MongoDB
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with high-performance SaaS on microservices and serverless
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
• Healthcare experience and HL7/FHIR standards
