What you will do

• Own end-to-end product surfaces like web dashboards, onboarding flows, branded React Native apps, billing UX with Stripe, auth flows, and internal tooling.
• Turn product priorities into execution plans with milestones, sequencing, owners, and realistic ETAs.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies proactively to ensure smooth launches without surprises.
• Improve reliability through better staging validation, deploy readiness, QA loops, and clean rollbacks.
• Drive scalable mobile release workflows for multiple branded apps and reduce manual overhead.

Requirements

• Candidates must be based in Argentina or Uruguay
• Proven Staff-level ownership of production product surfaces.
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience managing projects or teams.
• Strong Next.js/React/TypeScript and React Native experience.
• Experience with cross-team execution, planning, dependencies, and delivery visibility.
• Strong release practices including staging, rollouts, and rollback planning.
• Thrive in small, high-urgency startup teams; love AI coding tools like Claude.

• Mobile CI/CD or multi-app release workflows.
