What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features across the hirify.global platform
• Own key initiatives like expanding the integrations framework to enable powerful workflows
• Collaborate with Product and CX teams to define technical solutions meeting user needs
• Write clean, scalable, well-tested code and review code from teammates
• Mentor others, uphold best practices, and improve application performance and architecture
• Contribute to experimentation, iteration, and fast shipping

Requirements

• 5+ years building production-ready fullstack software
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails
• Solid experience with React
• Experience with modern web tools (TypeScript, Tailwind, Webpack, PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system design
• Product-minded with ability to balance quality and speed
• Interest in Generative AI technologies
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based products
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, Vercel, ECS)
• Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Sentry)
