We’re a small, well-funded team building Sophie, a multi-agent AI orchestrator that analyzes behavioral patterns, communication preferences, and emotional states to help wealth management advisors serve clients.

What you will do

• Own the advisor experience by building and refining dashboard, conversation views, client insights panels, and recommendation displays
• Implement real-time streaming response displays, thoughtful loading states, and progressive disclosure to show AI processes
• Establish consistent, reusable component patterns and maintain a component library for cohesive development
• Optimize performance for fast load times, smooth interactions, and graceful edge case handling during client calls
• Connect APIs, occasionally modify backend logic, and contribute to product decisions (~70% frontend, ~30% backend)

Requirements

• 4+ years production React experience with deep understanding of hooks, context, and rendering optimization
• Solid Next.js experience (App Router, server components, API routes)
• Strong TypeScript skills—non-negotiable
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and modern styling approaches
• Ability to implement complex, responsive layouts without designer hand-holding
• Strong UX intuition, pragmatic perfectionism, clear communication, and collaborative mindset

Nice to have

• Experience building streaming/real-time UI (chat apps, live dashboards, collaborative tools)
• Component library or design system experience
• B2B SaaS background, especially professional services or financial contexts
• Comfort with Framer Motion or CSS animations
• Basic backend knowledge (Python/Node.js, reading API code)
