What you will do

• Architect and develop robust, scalable, maintainable, and resilient software across the entire stack.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, address root causes, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure software stability.
• Collaborate on pull requests and spike documents, sharing expertise to drive team improvement.
• Identify and mitigate technical debt systematically with the team.
• Stay updated on technologies and participate in learning sessions, workshops, and training.

Requirements

• 3+ years for Intermediate or 6+ years for Senior as a developer with modern web frameworks like RoR or Django.
• Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Typescript.
• Ability to work on fullstack problems in a geographically distributed agile team.
• Located in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Ruby on Rails, React, React Native.
• B.Sc or higher in Computer Science.
• Experience with AWS CDK or Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, and DBT.
• Prior work with geographically distributed teams or early-stage startups.
