What you will do

• Own product roadmap, backlog, feature intake, prioritization, and translate business needs into requirements and sprint priorities
• Partner with engineering and stakeholders to drive sprint planning, execution, delivery tracking, and communicate progress and risks
• Coordinate QA/UAT, release processes, issue tracking, and post-launch performance
• Gather user feedback from providers, patients, and teams to inform roadmap and maintain feedback loops
• Lead cross-functional initiatives like client implementations, drive alignment across product, engineering, clinical, and sales
• Oversee operational processes including financial tracking, invoicing, team cadence like stand-ups and reviews

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in product ops, project management, or business operations (startup experience preferred)
• Direct experience in health-tech and/or clinical operations
• Strong experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, HubSpot, and BI platforms
• Proven ability to translate business needs into product execution and familiarity with financial operations in venture-backed environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; thrives cross-functionally with builder mindset and bias for action
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows
