What you will do

• Monitor technical development progress and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
• Manage program-level P&L, including budget planning, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with domestic and international stakeholders, including space agencies and research institutions.
• Support sales activities through proposal creation, technical presentations, and quotations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic input and business planning feedback.
• Facilitate communication and issue resolution between engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in aerospace, robotics, telecommunications, or similar technical fields.
• 5+ years of experience in project budget and cost management (P&L).
• Native Japanese and business-level English (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan for a hybrid work arrangement.

• Knowledge of space-related projects and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience managing government-funded projects (e.g., JAXA, NEDO).
