What you will do

• Develop product roadmaps and align features with business goals, customer needs, and compliance standards.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze data using analytics tools to track KPIs like adoption rates, NPS, and operational efficiency, providing optimization recommendations.
• Engage stakeholders including executives, brokers, clients, and cross-functional teams (legal, underwriting, marketing) to gather feedback and operationalize products.
• Serve as subject matter expert, manage vendor relationships, and handle post-launch adjustments and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Life and Disability insurance industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulatory environments, digital platforms, and product lifecycle
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on execution skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with eligibility/billing structures, enrollment platforms, and workflows
• Deep knowledge of life/disability marketplace, benefits, and target audiences
• Experience launching new products, gathering business intelligence, and product development/management
