What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, communications, and expectations around financial results and deliverables.
• Oversee monthly close processes, review balance sheet reconciliations, P&Ls, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate and delegate work to offshore teams, providing direction, feedback, and support for deadlines.
• Identify, document, and resolve issues in data, processes, or workflows, proposing solutions and escalating as needed.
• Drive process improvements, maintain SOPs, and support scalable operations using internal tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong accounting expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to review work for accuracy
• Effective client communication skills to explain financials and manage expectations
• Ownership mindset with follow-through on deliverables and timelines
• Ability to lead, delegate, and review work across distributed teams including offshore resources
• Problem-solving and process-oriented mindset for identifying issues and improving workflows
