Location: 100% Remote (team based in Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies)

What you will do

• Design, prototype, and build secure, scalable full-stack solutions using Next.js and modern practices.
• Embed SOX compliance into architecture, data models, workflows, and code from the ground up.
• Implement agentic workflows and AI-augmented features using tools like Cursor.
• Architect and extend headless CMS, preferably Payload CMS.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate Figma designs into UIs.
• Provide technical leadership via code reviews, standards, guidance, and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack development, 2+ years as Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Lead with hands-on coding.
• Proven SOX-compliant environment experience influencing architecture and implementation.
• Expert Next.js (App Router), React ecosystem, TypeScript, state management.
• Strong backend (Node.js, Python, Java), APIs (REST/GraphQL), SQL/NoSQL data modeling.
• Hands-on CMS experience, ideally Payload or similar headless CMS.
• AI-assisted tools and agentic workflow experience; Figma collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
